Curriculum Vitae
Martin Abel studied electrical engineering majoring in electrical engineering and information technology and law at the Aachen
University of Technology (RWTH), Germany, the Polytechnical University of Madrid, Spain and at the University of Hagen, Germany.
He received his Diploma at the Institute of High Frequency Technology at the RWTH in the field of signal processing in mobile
communication systems and worked as a system engineer in wireless communications systems at Freescale, Munich from 2000 to 2002.
He started his career in the field of intellectual pro-perty in 2002 and worked for law firms in Munich consulting international
and domestic clients before joining the Herzog Fiesser & Partner team in Munich in 2010. His areas of expertise include prosecution,
defence, enforcement of inventions as well as freedom to operate analyses in the fields of information technology, computer implemented
inventions (CII), electronics, electromechanics and mechanics.
